He initially trained in the East Midlands and moved to Kings College Hospital in South London where he completed a research fellowship under the guidance of Professor Kypros Nicolaides. He stayed there to complete subspeciality training in maternal and fetal medicine. 

Currently his NHS practice is at Heartlands Hospital where he is also the clinical lead for the labour ward, lead for the multiple pregnancy service and is actively involved in clinical research.

He has a private clinic at MUMS, in Solihull and is available for appointments.

He has published a number of scientific papers and is a holder of the prestigious Diploma in Fetal Medicine
